Greg Lustig, Board Member
Greg brings a big picture view to The 363 Group, as evidenced by the three hundred contracts he has negotiated, including thirty mega-mergers, which he has structured, negotiated and closed, including the acquisition of a Las Vegas public gaming company, the sale of the McKinley Park Mall, and the leveraged MBO of Ohio's largest insurance agency. His intimate knowledge of both the debt and equity capital markets has led Greg to successfully handle approximately $5 Billion in various forms of financing over his career. Over his career, he has also been responsible for numerous real estate loan workouts and a number of difficult complex corporate turnarounds including the nation's largest financial education and seminar company, a national long distance telephone company, a real estate company and a medical device company. Bruce Blechman, Member As an investment banker and the author of “The Secret to Getting Money” and co-author of the best-selling book, “Guerrilla Financing”, Mr. Blechman is a nationally recognized speaker and is considered to be one of the country's top experts on the subject of entrepreneurial finance. He has been a national columnist, author of the monthly column, "Creative Financing" in Entrepreneur Magazine and host of the New Venture Money Show on the Business Radio Network, as well as a guest on numerous radio and TV programs. Articles featuring Bruce have appeared in USA Today, The Los Angeles Times and other national publications. Blechman is also the founder of The Capital Institute, a 22-year old, nationally recognized consulting firm that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs finance their businesses. Brig Burton, Managing Member Brig Burton has built several million-dollar-revenue companies from the ground up, and has 7 years experience buying and turning around distressed companies that he's personally bought, fixed and sold. He's been an active majority owner / investor and CEO in multiple companies from a variety of industries including Agriculture, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Real Estate, Financial Services, Publishing, Business Services, Retail, Distribution, Fitness, and Medical Products. In addition, he's personally managed over $30MM in assets for over 100 investors, of which he's been successful in preserving 100% of all his investors' capital investments, and has averaged an earned 10x ROI on his investor's capital. He's led organizations from as small as 12 to as large as 280 people. |
