Target Company Attributes

Typically, the Companies we focus on acquiring with our select managing partners, share the following criteria:

1) Based in the Western United States, with a strong preference in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Texas.

2) At least $3MM in existing revenues and at least $500K in EBIT for each of the last 3 years. 

3) In one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Wholesale/Distribution, B2B Services, Publishing, Real Estate, or Agriculture.

Experience

​Relevant work history and a track record of success consistent with the needs of the target company. Prior business-ownership experience is a plus.
